Ett fylligt och sammetslent rödvin från Sicilien gjort på delvis torkade druvor, med smak av mogna björnbär, plommon och söta kryddor. Mjuka tanniner och lång eftersmak gör det till ett utmärkt val till grillat kött, pastarätter och lagrade ostar.
